My best time killing Soul of Marduka is 5 sec after chipping. In another word, it dies in half a chip. Normally it dies in 7-9 sec after chip.

Is it really worth it to use chips on the non-boss mobs? How much would it slow you down by to not use them?

it'll be reduced by at least half of the time killing them. Not to mention that it will mess up with RP's skill cd. Chips are really helpful. You manage to save mana and I can kill a mob in 1 or 2 shots. You can use chips to pull mobs too since they have longer range than fire arrow. It saves you a lot if you spend on chips.
