he is a BD now :D Good m8 but never shield a warrior or druid before combat cause he cant generate rage....!

@CrysisW The Power Word: Shield (and absorb effects in general) issue was fixed at the begining of Wrath of The Lich King. Rage calculations are done based on damage period, whether it gets absorbed or go straight to your health bar.

I like your raid leader, most of the ones I have had are asses if anything goes wrong. Your leader just tells people what they need to do with out the rage.

Yes, generally I have seen that people respond much better if you just act normal. Getting frustrated just makes everyone else frustrated and then performance starts to crumble.
