hey hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost tons of weight with it.
I have lost track of the basic nourishment principals: Eat when hungry, sleep when tired. I need to gauge my hunger scale from starving to over-full, and learn what it feels like to be satisfied with what I've just eaten.
Right now I'm really depressed... my girl friend of 2 years broke up with me and I've been hurt depressed etc. but when i get depressed i don't eat.... i tend to starve myself and i don't know why =( i haven't ate more then 300 calories in the past 3 days =(
i just wanna take a walk with you :), you give such great advice and at the right time. i really enjoy your videos. im battling with my weight and often it wins. i lost 12, gained 9 lost 7 which is where i am right now...ive changed my foods but my problem is the portion and the desire to always snack. ill get there
Hey Mike. The problem is that the carbohydrates and fat actually have a calming effect on the nervous system (due to their chemistry). So, there is a motivation to want to drown one's sorrow in the food. I agree that walking or meditation (especially breathing exercises (ex. "Pranayama") help because they make the body consume more oxygen which has an alkalyzing (calming) effect on the system.
