  • by doing this it went like this:

    1 week got in shape from some belly fat from 2 months of summer.

    2-3 weeks first 2 abs developed in the upper part,and got completely to shape

    3-6 weeks a complete 4 abs with some other parts being developed,

    yeah it takes time but be concentrated and eat healthy in under a year youre bound to have aa complete 6 or 8 pack,good luck.

  • yup you have to do it everyday + some cardio,by cardio i mean you have to burn your fat,like taking a ride on a bike or just going jogging,because if you dont burn your fat on your stomach you wont see the result,good luck :D.

  • been on this 4 7 weeks 5-6 days each week..4 pack nearly to a 6 if i flex..keep u posted in another couple of months..if u really concentrateon the movement and focus using the ab muscles..this will work no doubt..
