  • looks kinda like a 595 . but dont sound like 1 lol ..

  • Thanks for enlightening me on that jedimies, I had no idea, I'm old school, whenever I see a Massey, I just think Perkins.

  • You´re welcome. More about history at sisudieselDOTcom (company overview, history)

  • Did Massey ever use a sisu motor? I don't know, but if it had the 640 c.i.d. or the 540 c.i.d. the side shields probably wouldn't be directly in line with the hood down to the frame rails, I don't know, call me crazy.

  • In this class it is allowed to change the engine to one that is used in any original Massey Ferguson. It must only be under 510 cid. I think they used Sisu engines a.k.a. Valmet engines in the 8100- series.

  • it is a Perkins V8 !

  • Not heavy for this SISU-engine. I expected a Perkins V8 under the bonnet.

  • its a massey freguson

  • Added some info.

  • i don't now, i cannot see it

  • What MF is that, a Landini MF, 1104 or something like that, or is it a 595?
