  • I cant pass because I have Zeromus blocking me, why si that happening ?

  • for some odd reason the sounds of the footsteps are addicting to me o_O

  • well, how obout you got doom??

    you dead or no??

  • any idea how long this process takes? like starting from level 60?

  • which sword are u using?

  • @CaioMotaXD1 deathbringer i think

  • Guys, this guy is using a technique that's on GameFAQs. Follow the guide here instead. It's far more informative. I'm levelling my guys as I type this. There's still the risk of Murphey's Law. If your party leader days and your other members don't manage to revive him/her in less than three seconds then the loop is temporarily broken. It's rare for that to happen though.

    gamefaqs.com/ps2/459841-final-fantasy-xii/faqs/45730

  • how do you get esunaga or where?? and how do you prevent doom???and where do you find remedy

  • @FranPPLwealthy You don't prevent doom. This is designed to be an infinite loop and remedies aren't infinite. Your characters WILL die but Raise will bring them back before you even notice.

  • how do you get esunaga or where?? and how do you prevent doom???

  • how do you protect your self from doom

  • meh i dont see why getting above 55 or so is even neccesary, i found the final boss easy with a party of lvl 53-56 characters, with the right gambits i was able to just set my controler on the floor and watch them kill him lol..

  • @megaman9990 Try taking on Yiazmat with a level 56 characters.

  • @SnakeEaterBaby lol why?

  • @megaman9990 Yiazmat is the toughest superboss in the whole series, with a total HP of 50million+. Even with level 99 characters, the fight still takes over an hour. The average time it takes for most people is 2-3 hours.

  • @SnakeEaterBaby thats impressive and everything but my only interest is completing the game to move on with the franchise, if i dont need to kill it i dont especially if the game is completable with characters not at their peak

  • @megaman9990 Aww that's no fun, it's always great to beat an extra challenge.

  • Just as I thought... wait 30 mins ^^

  • Just so...after you killed that Ghosst horse you must just wait 30 min in an other room, then the Negalmuur will be there!...trust me, i have "the book" ^.^

  • hey i was just wondering wat sword ur party members are carrying i think its death bringer but i dont kno so could u answer my question io thx u kno

  • EVERYONE I HAVE A QUESTION if I do this once and leave is Negalmuur gone forever?

  • @1ghugh1 No he doesnt leave. only when u go past at least 3 areas he'll leave.

But if u wanna double the EXP, u can try to two at a time after you beat Stilshrine of Miriam at the way point thingy at the end of the first are inside. But it may be intense dependiung on what level you are. would suggest atleast level 50 for the two at a time and in the mid 40s for 1 one at a time. But no he wont dissappear very easily.

  • @Nathan9798 Right after I posted that comment and started researching and the reason I thought I couldn't get him again was because I didn't know I had to zone in and out to make him appear

  • Whoever made this cheat/method is a genius I'm going to try to use this to get everyone up to level 99 and fill up their licsense it maybe be a noob thing to do but I really don't care

  • Comment removed

  • i did this, and i put the leader with bow cause he has low hp and good magic resist, so is hard to Negalmuur sucess using Doom on him.

    xD

  • I'm gonna try this. I hope it works.

  • @MewMewSun It works. I did it with my lvl 32 Vaan, lvl 30 Fran and 31 Basch,I left the game run while I slept (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) and they were all in the high 40's and still going! The only reason you should leave is if you want to sell the loot or you run out of Remedies.

  • The gambits you need show up at the port of b..$&@@$ idk how to spell it but right after arcades

  • @Pyreifly Balfonhiem! :D

  • @PacComPac No HE was there he just wasn't summoning his minions

  • ok i was doing this 4 8 hours and he never summoned

  • Jelly Method is better. There's more jellies, they cause 0-20 if you have the right stuff. And you don't have to wait while being hit with 100-500+ attacks. And they all give the same amount of EXP

  • you don't have to keep going in and out the chamber until neglamur spawns... just leave the game on (not paused/menued) for 30 minutes, than enter the chamber, kill everyone, get out and enter again.. otherwise you will be going in and out the room for precisely 30 minutes.. =P

  • what if i killed him?

  • the firt time I played this game, I was level 80 with 140 hours

  • man, you are sooo weak XDDD

  • lolz @ the 156 hours

  • how, when, where, did you get the self:mp<20% gambit? is it available before or after archades??

  • @naruto012111 look in the Gambit shop , dont worry , every shop have the same item!!! besure to check it

  • thos thing near the warp key get on my fucking nerves for some reason after leveling and i go to leave they can kick my ass with a thundaga or blizzaga spell

  • @naruto012111 Their annoying too idk why their there after i complete the Stishrine Story event.

  • where do u get all of those gambits?

  • @justcoolkool Gambit Shop =)

  • Wait 30 mins, kill the horsey mareish thingy, Negalmuur spawns. I prefer flans...

  • awsome thanks for showing it, going to play this agian during the summer.

  • how do u get stone of condemer??

  • @1341551 talk to the acolyte at the bottom of the stairs in mt. bur-omiscace

  • easy for me.

  • my levels are : Vann 61,balthier 32,fran 17, panelo 26,ashe 56,bash 47 and lol reddas 51

  • Truly, the jelly auto-leveling is much better. You will take 0 damage, and it's faster than this.

  • @Double0Panda at 4:44 you just need to wait 30 minutes then he appears at the T-intersection

  • this guide is good but if you have deathbringer why wount you get dragon mail for free.

  • wassup with the outer blackness at the end... you forgot "THE END" or the "THANKS FOR WATCHING"

    anyways...nice vid..it helps alot XD

  • I'm level 30 and i can kill those guys at 1:20 !!!

    *mirror mail* :P

  • @vhrrhr thats because you need 2 be a higher level or else you must have great armour such as dragon mail

  • The 30 minute timer starts from when you enter the Temple. Either from the front door or a Save crystal. You still have to clear the room before he appears though.

  • Appears after staying in the Stilshrine for at least 30 minutes and defeating the Darkmare. Clear all the enemies in this area, especially the Blood Gigas and you will find it spawn in the cross-junction where you find the Miriam Guardian.

  • You can also make reflec, to protect your charas...then it's easier, to kill Negalmuur

  • the abysteel in the henne mines is a way better way of auto-leveling..look up a vid about it and you'll agree with me

  • it's not fully auto though, you have to move every like 30 mins

  • its fully auto

    you dont need to move

  • yeah, I know I was thinking of another method, sorry

  • its cool xD

  • Didn't you notice that the Abysteels are lvled like 65? This one is a guide for chars at lvl about 25-40 or something...

  • this one not as good as kaddygamers his auto jelly lvling lets you leave and u can get lvl 70 from almost any lvl in 7 hours and 99 in 24

  • your supposed to leave and do this too

    "auto leveling"

  • but the jellys stop coming after a while so u have to move just a bit to make them spawn again so i dont think the jelly method is the best >:]

  • I had to move them every couple of hours with one method I found on gamefaqs, but I changed the MP gambit to FOE: farthest - Syphon (after all other gambits, of course), and I left it for about eight hours, and they were still fighting when I came back. I think having the two different FOE: furthest gambits may help with the character movement. Seems a lot quicker and less tedious than this option is.

  • actually u dont kill the jellies with weapons, the trick is to break them. That way they keep on spawning. Just see a video of the jelly auto level. Hope this helped

  • I get it now, but there is a problem, the Jellies will push your characters around and if i leave and come back my characters will be at the edge of the room and the Jellies stop reappearing. I even used immobilize on my guys but they still move when the Jellies attack them.

  • @kabzy16 no wonder im like WTF so i just used negalmuur along time ago... instead

  • @kabzy16 how do you break jelly? im level 22... got zodiac spear.. so i can easily kill them.. but the problem is... how can I split them?

  • ok, this got boring the frist hour of doing this, are there any other ways u can auto level

  • you're supposed to leave your console running while not touching any button, hence AUTO-levelling ...

  • i did, but then i got bored of just letting cpu's lv me up and me not getting to do anything.

  • you can do this with a guest in your party, but you must kill your guest and set gambits to raise (or araise) the specific people in your party. Example: Ally: Vaan - Raise

Don't use ally any - raise

  • too slow

i would go for jellies then wait till ambysteels.

  • How did you get your chars to only attack the undead and not the Negamalurr? please send me a message explaining, thank you

  • theres a gambit that lets you only attack enemys with a certain health e.g <4000 health which negamalurr has more health than that so you wont attack it

  • Okay, since Negamalurr has 18k of hp and the ghasts only 3k set your attack gambit to Foe - < 3000 HP - Attack.

after that you shouldn't have any problems.

  • Just for the record, this trick only works as a trick on the PAL version, for NTSC users is based more in luck than the 30 minute count.

I tried every single walkthrough on how to spawn Negalmuur and ended up with nothing, except a bunch of loot from the blood gigases and the darkmare, also I ended up leveling up 10 levels just zoning and killing everything inside.

  • that just fails... seriosly , do the jelly lvling guide at the henne mines ; it works better i'd say. anyways Double0Panda nice work anyhow man ; didnt help but it could work at a low lvl :p

  • yea, what about when he uses doom?

  • The main thing about this is you dont wotn your party leader to die so because when he does a message comes up pausing the game so if u leave it on all night it screws it up

when he casts doom on a party member thats not the leader wen they die it uses the gambit Ally:any:Raise

but when doom is cast on the party leader the gambit "decoy" is used since ur party leader wont have that gambit on one of the 2 will cast decoy dragging doom onto them

  • Remedy+remedy lore 3 or

Decoy with 2 non-party leader + Raise when they die or

    Ribbon.

  • you don't have to repeatedly go in and out of the room, just go out of the room for the first time, wait 30 minutes, and re-enter. I tried it myself, and it worked.

  • nope, you can wait 30 minutes and then you go in. You dont have to go to the room first.

  • thats true but i got 99 earth magicites and lvls 39-42 from chaining the blood gigas's while waiting the 30 minutes for negalmuur

  • do you reset the game when you leave the ward of kings? or do you just go back?

  • I dont want to complain but this sucks. You dont have to kill anything. You just have to be in the stillshine of miriam for a half hour. Then enter the area and it will spawn. Doing other things wont help.

  • ya thats right

  • @ckamphoeske thank you good sir, you saved me a lot of frustration

  • i talked 2 every1 in lowtown and no1 gave me anything besides a nice lady gave me a cookie

  • cant u just kill everything in the ward of sword king, then go one zone back, and wait there for 30 mins?

  • Yeah you can thats what i did and it worked.

  • i killed him earlier in the game is there any chance he will spawn again

  • Yes :/ He's just like any other monster, just rare with a condition.

  • HELP!!!!!!!!!!

i did this successfully yesterday with 3 level 40s very easy. i stopped at level 70ish. i left Negalmuur alive when i ended this. i want to go back and do it again with a level 10, 20 and a 70 as party leader.. do u know if he will respawn for a second time? since i didnt kill him. ive been trying for about an hour and nothing.

  • how long can an 4 year old ps2 be on?

  • its not about waiting and killing everything

the Negalmuur spawns after 30 minutes inside the Stilshrine and you have to kill the darkmare

ps if you have reddas with you, your in trouble. you'll have to kill him and manually revive the rest of the party

  • not necessarily,

set gambits to only revive the other party members, and not reddas or any guest

    cheers!

  • thats where ur wrong... the arise ally=any gambit revives ANY ally... Reddas is an ally... ive had to kill reddas because he had no real strategy gambits set... so kill him...

  • have you tried;

    Example,

    ALLY:Vaan=Raise

    ALLY:Ashe=Raise

  • nah nah,

just set to raise the other two party members.

    for example:

if your party is Vaan, Fran, and Basch

    set Vaan's gambit to Ally:Fran=Arise

    and Ally:Basch=Arise.

and do the same for Fran and Basch

this way, they won't revive reddas

  • yes it is, qi yang. But make sure they have high HP.

  • my character is vaan 32, fran 30, barch 30

is it ok for me to do this?

  • Yea no problem, Double0Panda makes it look like its hard to beat this foe.. but it's actually very very easy ;)

  • i learned this from gamefaqs, but i thought i should see a video on it before i atempt it, thanks for posting

  • me leader die last night by bad luck..the a few second (2sec) were engouh to cast doom on my character and kill him so a

1hour after i were sleeping he died and could not be revived in time...and my remedy i got 99 at begining but after like 2 or 3 hour it were all gone

  • I like this Setup better:

    Leader:

    Self - Haste

    Self - Regen

    Ally: HP < 70% - Cura

    Ally: Any - Raise

    Ally: Any - Esuna

    Ally: Party Leader - Remedy

    Foe: HP < 3,000 - Attack

    Self: MP < 10% - Charge

  • Charas 2+3: Self - Haste Self - Regen Ally: HP < 70% - Cura(ga) Ally: Any - Raise Ally: Any - Esuna Ally: Party Leader - Remedy Self - Decoy Foe: HP < 3,000 - Attack Self: MP < 10% - Charge Ally: Party Leader - Phoenix Down = Bullshit, we don't want him to die, 'cause we want to lvl over night, right ? So: Remedy to cure Doom.
  • hm, I think you should place decoy at the top.

  • But you will need a way to take care of the Doom status

  • just try and do the advance lvling before you meet penelo (dustia method)

  • u should make a guide for chapter 14 im having trouble

    ty man

  • Thnx for this man, not only I lvl up my awfull team (25-27), I also learned how to use Gambits correctly :)

  • This is one of the leveling ways but i should recommed the Dustia method earlier in the game and then the leveling method in Henne Mines, Abysteel Invasion thing :P and oyeah, do you maybe know how long leveling this way'll take? (for level 70/80 based characters's) ?

    Anyway nice videoo :P

  • u guys should try doing perfect game

  • i started a new game and did this just for the heck of it, but i wouldn't advise it to anyone playing the game the first time. it's so much fun doing it the hard way and getting them all to 99.

  • one thing i didn't like is basch

  • i dident kill evrything i the room

i dident kill those after the horse thing..

  • This Is freakin awsome this really helps alot because i needed to gain some levels and before i knew about this i would have to train for hours and that really got my grades down because i was not doing homework and know i could just do my home work while training my characters!!! XD :P

  • where on earth do you get Self: MP < 20%???

  • Gambit shops.

  • You don't get most of the "Self" gambits untill you get to Balfonheim later in the game.

  • you can get the Self: MP<20% gambit at the port of balfonheim shop

  • is this teh best place to level? or if not then wat is the cap to level here for some place else?

  • this is the only auto level place . but this stops being effiecent at around level 70. at this point there are much better and faster methods but this is the only auto leveling one. so if your going to be going away maybe to school or work those can be put to good use. oh and of course sleeping.

  • good idea. if its the only auto level place then you could use it after you're done training in the other places that give faster xp for the night when you go to bed or for when your not present at the ps2. i'm only level 52 so i think i'll do this til 70.

  • I got all of them except zodiark

  • wow I beat him at like level 26-27 after getting the sword.

    I feel uber now.

  • Thanks for the idea! now I can get those lower levels to catch up!

  • my party level is Vaan 42,Barch 40,Penelo 40 and others 35...is it okey for this????

  • hell yeah

  • you need haste if u want the pt leader to be revived fast enough so u don't have the "choose new party leader" thing.

  • i think this is only work if you have low-level party..if you are 80 90 lvls the pharos Subterra its better, you must be playing all the time but its more fast..

  • were you get deathbringer

  • deathbringer is beaing stolen from a enemy called ITHUNO at barheim passage. finish first the barheim key sidequest.

  • wouldn't it fuk up my flat screen tv if i left it on to long ? lol cause i dunt thing those should be left on for 2dais "-___-

  • since the whole point is that you do not need to check in on your characters, you can turn off the tv and leave the ps on. That being said, it wouldn't be a good idea to leave your ps on for 2 days either...

  • how come my party leader dies alot because of doom n doesnt get revived fast enough :s (characters are between 68-75 right now)

  • u need a haste'd raise on ur leader to keep the loop/chain going

  • where would you buy that ? or get that ? :S

  • i cant remember where you get haste but i know that you can buy raise in jahara

  • the joke i make fir in for this tactic is a bit different i did get remedy lore highest lvl which makes them remove doom from target now this kept my runs going and only needed 30 a run which was 1 night for me, these easely paid back by the loot that is pretty much is automaticly gathered

  • o ya also you dont have to kill everything there just wait by the save crystal for 30 mins go in kill the darkmare exit and re enter and boom negalmuur

  • great place to lvl with emboridered tippets i average about 216k xp an hr here

  • seismicbreaker, that's a bit LOL, because it IS a requirement to spend 30 minutes in the place to get him spawn.

  • This seems to be a great method to level up. My only concern is if i leave the game going for like a day or 2 the game's data will get messed up. I did that once with Fable and now I can't get it to work what so ever, a screen comes up saying the disc has been damaged and cannot be read. It has no scratches on it and it looks like it's in mint condition. =/

  • sorry, but i think this method is a bit time consuming... just go to henne mines dig2. abyss steels LV60. gambit any: arise any: esuna any: haste any: faith foe flying: sleepga foe status sleep: curaja get demon shields thats nice to sell... get 999 chains get some sleep while doing get it? you'll be 99 b4 you know it...
  • show me that this works at character level 40 with low low mp and minus curaja, which is what people normally have at this low level

  • Use Curaga...I did this on lvl 30 and had no problems...

  • rofl u guys r idiots

  • I found a much easier way to spawn negalmuur,

you know the darkmare that is in the sword of the kings, kill him then go to the area where the Save crystal is, leave your ps2 for around half an hour- 40 minutes, then go back to the sword of the kings, and he appears. My parties lowest level is 50 and highest is 87 so im using this method to get them all around an even levelish

  • You can always use the Ribbon to take care of the Doom status.

Instead of fighting the level 99 Red Chocobo out in the field, sprint to Jahara and use the crystal, go back out and use Quickenings, then go back in and repeat. Keep in mind that the stupid bird is faster than your ordinary chicken, so be careful.

Or you can just hope to your God that you have the luck to get it from Cerobi Steppe.

    Your choice.

  • the jelly auto lvl is btr and you dont need as many gambits

  • when you get further in the story it's better to switch to this coz for this method, its 1mil+ exp per hour and you can sell your float motes(if you left it on very long you would get 99), dark stones or watever and festering flesh for a total of 70000 gil and you can get 99 dark stones and festering flesh usually within 3-4 hours

  • you can also get 40k gil in gulmore killing that cats in the forest and going to screens backward and enter in the jungle again when you get 99 pels just sell and you get 40k

  • bleh low exp here :/

  • well at least you dont have to touch the controller leave it for a few days and bam!!! 30-40 lvls (maybe) idk i've never tried it lol or you can kill darklords and get 140000+ gil in 30 ins or less :) i do that all the time so im certain of that one

  • Remedies aren't needed. Because even it your party leader does die you should have a haste on all of your characters, and with that you are able to keep the loop going, because haste+revive(or arise depending on how far you are)will get your leader up within 2 seconds. Which is how long it takes for the "Please select a new Party Leader" promt. I know this because I've gotten this loop to go one for 4 days straight.

  • yea without remedy there is a big change that this will fail. because sometimes it does do doom on the party leader even with decoy on the rest!

  • i cant tell for sure but ... did u make penelo ur tank? cos she had lure on

  • have the party leader have a gambit for cure doom with remedy. onle have it for party leader so it wont run out. this seals all holes in this loop hole. have 99 remedy

  • depends how far you are in the story, but i think you can buy it from rabanastre, if not you can defintley buy it from balfonheim

  • Where can you find the Self MP <20% technik?

  • where can i get a exp accsecorie ??? im up to the bit with reddas

  • You can try getting it from the item merchant at Giruvegan i think.

  • kk thx

  • The Embroiderd Tippet can be bought in Old Archades. The Merchant is just ourside of the Sochen Cave Palace Gate Crystal.

  • hey. this was easy mode for me at lvl 30, just make sure u get ur 3 characters quickenings, it helps a ton, i was lvl 30 when i left for school came back about 9 hours later at lvl 62-63

  • Using jellys is better all you need is break, reflect and you can leave it on for as long as you want.

  • hey

    i have a question

is it necessary for me to complete the stilshrine of miriam storyline?

should i do this auto levelling even if my characters are around 30?

approx. how many levels would i gain if i did this for an hour?

    thanks!

  • IMPORTANT while i was doing this and came back in awhile in the vid at 4:06 to the left there were stairs

  • yes, that's a secret passage and theres a treasure chest there that has dark matter, and theres a chance u can get it with diamond armlet

  • uhhn u idiots. this thing is set up so u DONT have to play, u just leave the ps2 on for as long as u like at walk away. wen u cum back ul be SUPER POWERFUL

theres a reason its called AUTO-leveling

  • u noe whats good guys so u dont get killed when some of u
