Unless someone has built up a tolerance to it , it has the effect of keeping someone awake or alert, but it is also known to make people hyper. In this case i truly doubt he actually gave pablo caffeine. I think he is just using a common phrase to describe pablo being silly

So CUTE I totally understand the 'caffeinated' Chihuahua thing. I have a 3/4 Chi 1/4 Pom mix, he looks fully chihuahua, he's usually very laid-back but sometimes he gets really hyper like that too. He runs from my room down through the hallway and back to my room about 3-5 times, before attacking his toys =D

Pablo is so damn cute, and Ramsey is the most lovely natured Doberman I've seen on here... most people take a sick pride in displaying dogs that have been badly trained, and you've taken pride in showing a Doberman and it's true, lovely nature.
