1 step forward and 3 back seems to be how my daughter is..her probelem is not only ME but CPS. the two really can be devastating especially to a 15 year only i pray cure to be found. Bless you all in times of troubles look to a bright future it will come one day :-)
Linda - I am so sorry you are back there again - it is unspeakablely cruel that we get like this and then have to deal with all of the other shit around it.
I hope you come out the other side sooner rather than later and are able to sit up a bit again.
After weeks of being homebound, I finally went out to a local flea market yesterday. After less than an hour, I was feeling very weak & also panicky, because I couldn't find a bus or taxi to get me home. I finally got on a bus, & had to to keep saying to myself, "I'm all right, I'll get home." It's very scary to be out in the world & feel like you might pass out! I did get home, & had to lie down right away. Your brave videos make me feel like I'm not alone, & they educate the world.

I think I can see now why CFS is so little understood, only the closest people can see the bad days.
I am myself a severe sufferer, but I guess I would hardly believe how bad Linda can be when I wouldn't see it with my very eyes.

Yes, this is exactly what this illness does when you try to have a little fun once in awhile. Hang in there.
