I couldn't tell if you wanted to know about the clip where Willow and Tara are on the couch or the next clip so I found them both :) the couch clip at 4.24-4.31 is from 5x18 'Intervention' and the clip after where Willow crawls to Tara at 4.31-4.44 is from 5x22 'The Gift'.
