Climate change, is there or is there not? (Philippines)

Climate change/global warming, is a fraud. Some in rich countries want people in poorer countries, often islands, to believe we are all going to die and man is causing global warming. Remember, in the 1970's these same scientists said we would all die due to global cooling! There are many scientists who don't believe in man made global warming. Some are using it to attack capitalism and for income redistribution. Money should be used on infrastructure, helping poor, not global warming.
