@LocalNewsLimited Thanks so much for defending my question and I do believe you got it in one. Apparently from him getting the time wrong (which I agree was funny but perhaps hard to explain,) it showed the sang-froid of the reporter to attempt to crack that joke about being deaf--which I missed. All in all one of the more cerebral but none-the-less entertaining gems floating around on youtube.
