Women have very "special" expectations from men in relationships. I think it's the influence of Prince Charming/Knight in Shining Armor archetypes in media. Things that women expect from men that men don't expect from women: a car, a career, makes her parents happy, someone with good genes, money, manual labor, technical knowledge, an emotional rock, the willingness to pamper, and all kinds of other ish. Women evaluate us based on the service we provide, not the power of our love and commitment.

Things that women expect from men that men don't expect from women: a car, a career, makes her parents happy, someone with good genes, money, manual labor, technical knowledge, an emotional rock, the willingness to pamper, and all kinds of other ish. Thats real, its always the easy way to expect perfection and high standards for others but how many people turn those expectation around on themselves? If people use their energy to improve themselves and not just with a degree and money but spiritually and emotionally they could attract that dream spouse if thats what GOD has written for them.

Oh please. Very, very few women choose to have a baby by a loser. Life happens. Single parent does not automatically mean never married. Single parents are divorced, widows, separated, etc. Life is not fair. I have 3 children with my ex, a GED, been homeless, father died in prison, never met my birth mother. Yet, I've earned a Master's, built my home, have 2 businesses, work in Corp, married again and have my ish together. Shanel, if you had a child, you may not be so critical. I'm just sayin.

I've done my share from being dirt poor, broke, hustling, three combat tours in Iraq, successful military career...then after I honorably served my time I used my GI bill to further my education upon exiting the service.
