the module senses when the coil is at max capacity and triggers on its own, thats what I havent been able to get just right, so the bikes timing runs just a bit advanced, more than I care for, one of these days I will get back on this hopefully and get things working properly.
@cblyx6 I t is triggered by the module hitting max compacity, from the charging unit, I have been having a timing problem with these and havent got a work thru yet, thus the reason for not sell at this time, maybe one day I will get time to get back on them.

@07mybabygirl I am going to get a fix up for these as soon as possible, The timing runs just a bit to far advanced for the avarage trial rider, I have the fix done on my bike, just need the time to get it dialed in, and some better weather to do it in. The fix involves some machine work to the stator plate so that your timing can be adjusted. So with that said, my intent is to get all the bugs worked out and offer an ignition module / stator plate package exchange your stator plate

@invasioncelestial , I am working on a fix to get the timing a bit closer to stock timing, I was all prepared to give it a whirl and dropped a valve in my 540 motor, will be back on it soon, a little info on the modules, when you install them there is no adjustment to the timing, I have slotted the stator to accomadiate the timing and make it adjustable, just got to test everything and see how it works, also going to offer it with a lighteded flywheel, kinda a package deal.
@bumpsidekid you have to remove the flywheel and remove stator, slot the 3 holes that bolt the stator to the engine and then you can rotate the stator plate to adjust the timing, just like a SR500. Its a bit of work but a cheap alternative for a eletronic ignition.
