Nobody stole it from anybody. The Biker Gimmick was around for a long time. And Its not owned by WWE. People in the Independent Circuit use it all the time. Part of being in the Independent Orgs is not being part of WWE. I happens to be one of my favorite gimmicks. Some use it better than others.

dude his gimmick was completely different than Taker's gimmick. You wanna go there? Than I can argue that Taker stole the DOA's gimmick alright. The Chuck gimmick was live life Full Throttle, full speed ahead. He doesn't suck and has an ability to get himself over, and feel they didn't use him in this particular gimmick to its full potential, because he plays a sick heel so back off the Palumbo bashing.

Well, to rip off somebody, they have to be successful. DOA was not successful, however Taker was. So, Taker revisited that gimmick and made it better, however Mr. Palumbo made this gimmick totally suck.
