Beginners often try to force a jump, and fear they lack arm muscles. The magic is less about arm strength, more about arm PLACEMENT.
Note Sadie rolls shoulders forward, DIRECTLY above hands, arms perpendicular to floor, as she swings through. That's KEY. Straight arm bones create a stable frame: ENVISON that stable frame and easily roll through it.
Add a little swing and CORE MUSCLE STRENGTH to lift legs to chest. Wow! Easy!
