play at college or university level, find a university/college with a good team if you're good enough to make it. you can get scholarships if you play well in high school. If your team makes it to a state/provincial level you will get noticed by other coaches who often watch tournaments to scout new talent.

@XBLOODYTRIGGAX ehh as far as i know it starts out in club season if you play really well consistently and there are scouts watching you or your put into all tournament teams you'll get recruited for the junior national team or boys youth national team then if you keep on getting better with them you get onto the team. this is for US though and im pretty sure there are no tryouts
