  • I have suffered from this since a child....after watching a documentary called FOOD MATTERS, Dr. Saul recommended anywhere between 2,000-3,000 I.U. of Vitamin E daily on his website. Since taking Vitamin E, eating mostly vegetables, and fruits, my tachycardia is nearly gone. Check out his website.

  • I have tachycardia it started when i was 11 my worst episode was recorded to be 264

    Very scary

  • And hey! Tachycardia isn't allways dangerous. Just find out which kind of tachycardia you have instead of fearing for your life every time your having an attack.

  • I have Tacycardia too and my puls raises up to 200 bpm sometimes. It's very scary. You think you're having a heart attack. In the beginning I was very frightend and doctors didn't know what was wrong, they said it was panic attacks.

Swallowing, yawning or caughing isn't a good idea when having this.

  • I had this Monday night, I was just about to go to sleep and my heart just starting pounding and I got up and my heartrate skyrocket to over nearly 200 bpm...I counted my pulse for 15 seconds and multiplied it by four. I counted 57 beats. Then my blood pressure started to rise as well and I knew I was in trouble. I ran over to the neighbors and called 911. I'm only 23, my heart shouldn't be doing this.

  • @babymama10212008 I had this before and after 3 procedures finally it stopped...... I had to go to the er everytime it happened the nurses would say "you again?" they would send me home after a few hours because they new what was wrong and told me to contact my cardiologist for another procedure. if you ever get this done make sure they put you to sleep, my first time I was concious........not cool man! It burns!

  • @babymama10212008

I hear ya. I was 13 when this started. Scary.

  • im sure shes in pain right now:(this hurts very much..ive have it since i was like 4.life very had suffering with tachycardia or SVT

  • if you have a tachycardia atack and you feel your heart racing and palpitating around about 130 and more call an ambulance..... becuse they will stop it very qickly... plus the longer you leave it racing.. the more chance you have of passing out. which can lead to more danger

  • @hawkeycleaning they cant stop in an ambulance i have the condition and it was going like 400 beats and they couldnt do anything i just had to lay there.

  • I had an ablation in 1999, and in the last 5 weeks, it's back :(

  • i have tachycardia, and i play softball for my high school...and somtimes i get it when i pitch..lol and i get it away by doing a hand stand.....so at the games i have to do a hand stand..... people wonder....there lke ???What??? lol...

  • When I get these arrythmias I lay on the floor on my back with my legs upward on a chair and do a 10 to 15 second crunch or almost like straining to take a crap while pushing hard and that has brought my svt under control. It's alot cheaper than the $2000.00 trip to the emergency room providing it works. Sometimes coughing hard or gagging yourself works too.

  • Wow that looks like a.. auricular flutter.. or auricular fibrilation :| ! dont like how it looks

  • i do that sometimes its like little spasms but it only lasts like 2to 5 secs not this long

  • miley cyrus has this! or had it...it says so in her book!

  • i have tachycardia supraventrikularis heart beats over 220 bpm

    very very scary

  • I used to also, go for the ablation :D It changes your life !

  • ablation isn't very forceful..the problems with your heart can come back after ablation ..or you can have another..my only hope is that they will discover better medicine ;/

  • i have tachycardia to

  • i have tachycardia & bradycardia trust me it's hell on the earth..

  • is she ok?

  • she looks fine to me!

  • @dmbfan07cb I have dysautnomia.

    I look fine too.

except when you back up and see my wheelchair.

tachycardia is not something that is easy to deal with

    it can be debilitating.

so please before you say she's fine, maybe ask her how she's feeling.

  • if she was just excecising it explainss why if she wasnt get her to an Emergency room ASAP!
