  • How do you make canopies? That is a very hard thing to do. I would love to learn from the master!!!

  • @flyboyfx

The web is full of sites that teach that. Anyway I am working on my first commercial DVD to teach my own techniques and tips.

  • @rojasbazan I'm looking forward to it! Can't wait!! Even if I only pic up one tip from you, it will be worth it!

  • You have blown my socks off so many times I'm beginning to think you have something against them. Unbelieveable work, Sir. Once again showing us what dedication and love can do. You have my complete admiration. Stunning Piece.

  • @stig99914

Thank you! Take care of your socks, haha!

  • @rojasbazan If I can find them, I will. HAHAHA!!!

  • WOW!!! This is absolutely AMAZING!..... Wonderful work Rojas!

  • @desspamer

    Thank you!

  • Absolutely spectacular!

  • @SwordofDivision

    Thank you!

  • Truly astounding work, Rojas, but I have to wonder why you give yourself the added difficulty of not using electric saws, drills, grinders, etc. Their use would certainly take away nothing from the quality of your work.

  • @carmium

Because I don´t need electrical machines. Really!

  • wonderfull work , truly a engineering masterpice . just curious how long did it took you to make one of this models , the Messerschmidt for example ?

  • @alexd92007

Thank you Alex. I needed one year and one month to complete the 1/15 scale Bf110 in 2006. The FW-190 carried me only four months to complete. This was because I built it in 1994, when my models were more rustic because my techniques were not fully developed.

  • Amazing... masterpieces...

  • @ichmalealsobinich

    Dankeschön!

  • I can't even imagine how someone could build models like this from a kit. Let alone from scratch! You are a very gifted man. Thanks for sharing I will be on the lookout for more!

    Eric

Thank you for your kind words!

  • Danke sehr!

  • wow that corsair is unreal looks like you could just climb in and take off,you have a real talent and eye for detail,do you sell them to collectors, old pilots, museums and such i cant believe aircraft museums are not banging your door down for one. it is art for sure should be in the Tate

  • Hello Foxy, my models are very expensive (because time needed to complete). Museums have no money and want donations. As a professional can't donate, I must sell.

  • very very nice looking, detail is superb looks almost real sat in it hanger very nice, reminds me of the Japanese guy cant remember his name but does something very similar and also details to the extreme all working levers flaps and cockpit levers with little tiny chain drives and the like

  • I use motion videos to show the workable elements. He only used still photography (cannot show any movement). He only made three aluminum models. I have made 214 aluminum models (26 with workable elements) covering most aviation history from 1911 to present day. Watch our F4U Corsair videos and compare.

And don´t forget, my models are painted, and paint is a lot of work and compomise.

  • @rojasbazan wow that corsair is UNREAL, you have a real talent there and a real eye for detail mate,do you sell them or just for you and i cant believe museums and places like that are not banging your door down, it is art for sure brilliant

Saludos.

  • you see this is why i love youtube,if it wasnt for this site we would never see something like this, nice job

  • Wow, impressive. The detailing is unbelievable. You are extremely talanted. Thanks for posting.

  • Thank you for your kind comments.

  • Out of curiosity, about how much time is involved to create one of these marvels?

  • Each model takes several months to research, draft plans and to build, depending on it's scale, complexity and the number of features. The 1/15 scale B-17 took two years to complete. The 1/24 Stearman, two months.

  • Tremendo trabajo, impresionante. Toda mi admiración como aeromodelista y como compatriota.

  • Gracias, amigo!

  • very well detailed.

  • Merci, Pascal.
