If people really think health care is a "right", they need to amend the Constitution. If they can't get their fellow citizens to go along with that, they need to get this nonsense through on the state level. Clearly, there is NO constitutional way to make this happen. The staffer in Hoyer's office quoted the "welfare clause" which is such obvious nonsense. The Dems in Congress strain a gnat and swallow a camel--and want to feed the same meal to me.
