The hair looks very nice! Lovely job.
Nice overall, but like everyone has mentioned, the face is a bit off. The eyes ought to be bigger and deeper, and the nose longer. The mouth is very accurate, though, so good job on that!
The colors could be brighter to bring more life and emotion to the portrait.
After all that, though, I must say this is very very good!

that was great. the face might be a bit pale and thats my only criticism. you could have added more warm colours to the face, to make it look more realistic. personally i quite like the face being pale.

no, i work all day (phone company) and drawing is just for free time. but i will not make more speeds coz am going to start with blender
