Hi, I don't think that that's a good retouch of the picture. When you retouch the most impportant thing is to highlight the beautiful things about the picture, not to transforme them into something else. :/ I would've lit up the hair and under the eyes. Maybe recoulored the lip and eyes. Because the pic itself is good.
