Autoerotic asphyxiation still a possibility, especially after todays inquest saying they cant be sure if it was intentional or accidental. The only possible way I can think of one ACCIDENTLY hanging themselves is through self bondage practice. Plenty of past statistics of this happening. This kills on average 500-1000 people a year in the US alone.

I am pleased his death wasn't taken on with rumour and scandal by the tabloid press, I guess if it had not been for all the recent scandals and inquiry in the UK we have recently witnessed, I suppose it could have quite easily happened?
