Black Prophecy.. Have played it, it is uncomparable to EVE, EVE is just too good. And apart the fact they're both in space, they're very diff.

You've got much much much more freedom in EVE then you do in BP, and what you do, affects everybody, if you take over a space station in EVE, it is yours until somebody else takes it, and it is so for everybody.. And that's just a little piece of it.

It's like saying a ford fiesta is an alternative to a F1, because they have 1 thing in common; being cars.

With the addition of Incursions and PI you can make billions in empire very easy and with very little training. PI takes about a week and can be exploited like mad (my current settup makes me 500mil per planet per month 1 jump from jita and all i need to do is take my iteron out there once a day). Another early option is ninja salvaging. So get real and stop lying to people before you know what your talking about.

@WoolyFetish PI takes resources and time, its not something you just just jump in to and expect to be making instant isk. Incursions you need skills to participate or your never going to get into a fleet. i see new players posting shitty bc fits trying to get into fleets and people just laugh at em. and yes you can make some isk off ninja salvaging, if your LUCKY 1-3m for a lvl 4 site but again you need to know how to scan them down and need the skills to do so. far from the 440m for plex.

@smokedeganja most people join corps when they get into Eve. And i know that i train my noobs in isk making the first thing i do so they can really enjoy the game without having to pay for it. Guessing you never got tought how to make easy isk in the early game. I have sevral members in my corp that are less then 6 monthes in game that has a big enough income to sustain there accounts allready.

PvP? Yes, there are zones called "Free Sectors" which are zones in which both Genides (jen-ides) and Tyi (tie) do missions for their respective station-bound (or spaceship bound) NPCs. Both factions battle each other for kills of specific NPCs or just head there to duke it out. U.S. Closed beta is in progress now, Europe already had their's.
