@pernillc Her intentions and image is SCARY. If you read about her background, her step father was very abusive and SCARY...The place she group up in was very religious and strict. She wanted to be rebellious agianst the norm. Thus her facination with art and being SCARY. Grace's parents were very much into the church. On the other hand, she didn't want to be. She risked becoming shunned. And of course she had an affair with Janice Dickinson...that would scare ANYONE. :-D

I first hear her in 1979, the WARM LEATHERETTE album. A few of us would gather together in a small room in our hostel, and this was the fav album. There was also a little something we shared to enhance the musical experience. I still admire Grace to this very day. The vid of "living my life" from her one woman show is also fantastic.
