Who is this person, Kirsten Gillibrand? NY is plagued with corruption. We need Caroline Kennedy to at least reduce it, especially the housing development; lanlords are out of control stealing tenants deposits and not fixing thier buildings. This town just keeps getting worst. We all lookrd forward for a humane senator, but all we got was an extension of Clintons corrupted politics. As soon as Hillary was sworn in, she went after Caroline Kennedy. Hillary is crook no matter where you put her.

Gillebrand is a terrible choice IMHO. I'm OK with her being pro-gun, but her 100% rating with the NRA is scary (I half-kiddingly say that membership in the NRA should be enough to bar one from ever owning a gun).
Most of all I loathe her fanatical pro-hunting position, and tax-funded subsidies to promote hunting, the pork she put in the farm bill, and her support of the disgustingly mis-named H.R. 2016 which effectivly seeks to turn all public land into game parks. She embrasses all upstaters
