  • hi sanjay can u pls post the recipe for punjabi style chicken or mutton achar ....not achari curries....pls make it soon. must reply when u'll be able to do

  • if you sterilize the jar , heat the jar and fill the jar to over flowing then add the the lid it should vacuum seal by itself , यानी ख़ुद बा ख़ुद!

this is useful for storing achar and chutney for up to a year.

  • wow Sanjay! I like hot, hot food but that looked like a bit much chili for me. Maybe 3/4 cup would be great. Speaking about spicy I was wondering with your busy schedule you might find time to make a Lamb or Goat Vindaloo it is my all time favorite. maybe we could trade recipe for recipe. What do you think

  • He wrote that you should use 1/2 instead of 1 cup because it was too hot. Watch the video again.

  • thank you for helping me find huge red letters on the bottom half of the screen that I must have missed the first time around...... I ment 3/4 cup is good for my taste.

  • thank you!! that looks delicious! my mouth waters every time i watch a video of yours :)

  • Do I have to keep this in the fridge?

  • also thank you very much for the pickle recipes

  • the spices will keep it going for the 15 days or so. If you add oil to the pickle then it can last even longer. You dont need to refrigerate.
