B-flag is most important on any map, doesn't matter which CoD. For example, B is almost impossible to secure on Highrise and Skidrow on MW2, or Crash in CoD4.

Doing well with it really depends on the map you're on, though. If you happen to get it on Village, you're going to rape. Arkaden? Not so much.
Why are you making it seem like k/d is so important in dom? If your not playing TDM then k/d is a worthless stat. Way too concerned with killstreaks and "holding" flags that you're not even holding. A whole team of people playing dom and worrying about k/d and killstreaks like you just did will lose everytime.

tactical camping if finding a building or a tactical position holding it down and i gets hard because people get pissed and eventual you can get the whole team and it gets intense

@ralle980330 If they were to disallow sitting in one place, and scoping for too long, then they would also have to disallow too much springing, and too much hip firing. The reason being is that sitting and running are both legitimate tactics, so if you don't allow one then you would have to disallow both.
@ralle980330 Camping is just as legitimate a tactic as rushing. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean others should be punished for using it. I don't like quickscoping, but does that mean that they should be punished? And my friend doesn't like the Support Strike Package. But that's not a good enough reason to prevent others from using it.
If you don't like the way other people play the game in public matches, don't play public matches. Or you could stop :'( and deal with it.

I've been playing allot of domination recently, and also working on my K/D (currently 1.09) I like to play like you Woody by trying to hold a part of the map and flags. Although i may not capture or defend all the time i tend to have a above avarage K/D in most games. Enjoyed this video Woody, just wondered what is your K/D?
The games that I do exactly the same thing as you own an area. I get messages saying im a camper 2 days in a row, people hate the fact that I not necessarily get the most kills but produce a better k/d from doing it. Its the game right so just play it

On black Ops i remember i started off very badly at around 0.6 i think it was at its lowest point a month into having the game.and then as i started to make more of an effort on my kd i got it to above 1 in about a week (i was maybe 3000 deaths behind kills at the time) at the detriment of my win loss which ended up being 0.5 (cont)
i agree that not all kills are equal. on all call of duty's my kd has hovered between 0.9 and 1. currently its 0.88 or something but i digress. considering i dont play in a clan my i think my win loss ration of 1.3 is pretty impressive. I mean im the one going around defending flags and capping, not my team who are more concerned about their kd which means absolutley nothing. for example, i might get picked off by a camper 3 maybe 4 times sometimes on the way to protecting a flag (cont)

Woody, I understand what you mean, but you stayed in those houses practically the whole time... It's not fun to watch. Your teammates didn't play that way and they were the one's capping and you weren't depending the flags, you were defending your spot. I'm not hating, play how you want, if I was mad, I woulda stopped watching, but you can't claim you were camping a lot. And when you only had one flag, you never bothered capping any other ones. You were camping lol. Not a big deal.
i play dom more than every other game type, i either cap flags or defend 2 flags like woody (although nowhere near as good as woody) i average about 2500 points per game , I do whats needed and hope my teammates are doing the same
Where do you see the points you get from specialist bonus? Say I had 33 kills and 4 of those were specialist bonus (which doubles the points you got for that kill), shouldn't I have at least 3700 points at the end of the game? I still see around 3300 points as if I didn't get a bonus. Or am I looking at it wrong?

@THECDNCODWIN felt as though it had to be said. Too many people care about kd as if it means youre good, it doesnt. Any noob could easily go 40-1 or something ridiculous every game if you didnt play the objective, its not hard. Cap the flag on HC mode was a bitch in black ops because a lot of the time the entire enemy team didnt even bother with capping flags, they just sat in different spots picking you off as you went for theirs. It's bullshit.

(cont) but i more often then not i will get to my mark and defend it. which in my eyes is more impressive then killing 3 or 4 people and losing the flag. On black Ops i remember i started off very badly at around 0.6 i think it was at its lowest point a month into having the game.and then as i started to make more of an effort on my kd i got it to above 1 in about a week (i was maybe 3000 deaths behind kills at the time) at the detriment of my win loss which ended up being 0.5 (cont)

i agree that not all kills are equal. on all call of duty's my kd has hovered between 0.9 and 1. currently its 0.88 or something but i digress. considering i dont play in a clan my i think my win loss ration of 1.3 is pretty impressive. I mean im the one going around defending flags and capping, not my team who are more concerned about their kd which means absolutley nothing. for example, i might get picked off by a camper 3 maybe 4 times sometimes on the way to protecting a flag (cont)

@lostunsunghero I'm glad there are people that play like you, because if their weren't, my way of holding down an area with good lines of site and picking people off as they run around the map wouldn't work..... if everyone played like me we'd be like a bunch of baboons, who's only confrontations happen when someone crosses into your territory

@DylG1111 I think you are misunderstanding what im saying. its all fine and dandy to hold down an area, as long as you are defending the objective. im talking about people who camp an objective they dont even own and wont help you cap it even though they are 2ft away from you. Also why would you camp an area if you are being triple capped. That should NEVER happen in a game of domination. You should always have at least 1 flag unless the other team is obscenely good, which is rare.

@DylG1111 If you play like that in tdm, well keep doing it,a good player will find a way to flank you, but im talking about objective based games,not making a general comment on all game types. but while we are on the matter, imagine the following scenario. Everyone in the lobby plays exactly like you,so thats 12 players (dependant on game type) not moving,just standing there scratching their arse.How is anyone going to get a kill.10 minutes later it will end as a 0-0 draw. How boring.

Woody, I understand what you mean, but you stayed in those houses practically the whole time... It's not fun to watch. Your teammates didn't play that way and they were the one's capping and you weren't depending the flags, you were defending your spot. I'm not hating, play how you want, if I was mad, I woulda stopped watching, but you can't claim you were camping a lot. And when you only had one flag, you never bothered capping any other ones. You were camping lol. Not a big deal.

i play dom more than every other game type, i either cap flags or defend 2 flags like woody (although nowhere near as good as woody) i average about 2500 points per game , I do whats needed and hope my teammates are doing the same

Where do you see the points you get from specialist bonus? Say I had 33 kills and 4 of those were specialist bonus (which doubles the points you got for that kill), shouldn't I have at least 3700 points at the end of the game? I still see around 3300 points as if I didn't get a bonus. Or am I looking at it wrong?
