i hated the first joystick so why add another

cuz the psp joystick doesn't revolve with the ball like on ps2 controller. the psp has a joystick that moves flat in all directions.  makes for less controlability.

Its just wires connected to the d-pad with an analog stick. So basically you are having d-pad on the right.
