I think it is by STR-8 not Stretta, look for live control and touch OSC for Ableton Live, also look for Monome on IPAD, you should be able to find it that way.
I searched the ipad appstore for everything from "touchmono" to "touchmonome" to "press cafe" to "stretta" and didn't find anything. What is this app actually called? Was it removed from the appstore or is this an app running on a jailbroken ipad?

This looks like touch osc set up to function as a monome. It has the same design. All you people asking stupid questions make me laugh.
