  • @Buffguy4 you are wrong. Going higher on the pulldowns allows full range of motion and gets a much better stretch or the lats which giver a better contraction overall

  • YOu will see better results on the straight arm pulldown if you keep the bar from going up so high. This will keep constant tension on the lat muscle.

  • @believe1892 dont drink anything to gain weight, just eat food. Lots of protein. Forget protein shakes, complete waste of money, anyone who knows anything about fitness will tell you that unless they're one of these people that get paid to promote the product. All it is, is a meal replacement, and an expensive one. Just eat a chicken breast after working out, cheaper, tastes better aswel.

  • @SongHooks1993 First off, you're not only doing a lot of cardio but you're also keeping your weight down which is very detrimental to building muscle. Try to be in a slight caloric surplus and spread your protein intake evenly. Second, keep your weight lifting routines short. A 45 minute long weight lifting routine in the 6-12 rep range per set should be enough. Your muscles need rest in order to have the chance to repair themselves and grow so don't lift every day or you'll risk overtraining.

  • can you asnwer a question for me traininsane? im 18 and when i was in highschool on the wrestling team i trained everyday for atleast 7 hours a day but noticed i was able to lift more but did not gain any strength or mass....i went from lifting 20 dumbells to 40s doing curls but i never got big and never got stronger... kids would toss me like a freakin towel.... i also ran atleast 8 miles a day....and at maybe 2 salads a day to keep my weight down nothing else..well i guess i have two questions

  • @vipre01 yeah but then i tried eating more and just started gaining weight and i got fat now im 160lb when i should be around 120-125 and even tho i ate two salads a day i still and a body fat percentage of 15%...its weird... i was skin and bones and still had more fat than muscle and u would think ide be tiny but strong as fuck but i wasnt at all

  • @SongHooks1993 eat a lot of the right things, you need proper foods, not salads. Tuna, Chicken, fish, brown rice, wholegrain bread, and every vegetable you can think of you need to eat. Jogging is overrated as well. Great for your heart, not so great if you want to build muscle. If you want to gain muscle, as well as stay slim, do bodyweight cardio (press ups, squats etc) - they burn a ton of calories in half the time, while gaining muscle.
