May I ask how you managed to make their mouths move while you move the body parts?

He used masking for that, so there's one video track that shows the whole video (for the body movement), and another video track on top of that which only shows the heavy's face (for the mouth movement, which consists of combined stills).

(correct me if I'm wrong though. =P)
