  • My favourite song being sung by someone new to me but how beautifully he sang it, wish I could hear more of this Singer. Yvonne

  • Oh my gosh, this is so heartwarming! You put a smile on my face! :D

  • Thank you! :)

  • Young man - you have given a beautiful rendition of this song. I have sent it to America and Laos in an attempt to show people what 'If Love were all' means. Your rendition is perfect, You sing it the way it should be sung. You have beautiful voice - but there is something 'special' about the way you communicate. Thank you! x

  • Thank you so much! :)

  • thank you!

  • This performance, as it stands, is a notch above the rest. Which is a huge compliment when you only have a handful of reditions to compare to, and some of those sung by the best song interpreters that ever lived. But that compliment aside I could like to pay a second slighhtly bitchier one! If you'll allow me...

Rufus Wainwright muders this song. With no singing technique to critize, Rufus is an empty sack of shit. THANK YOU for posting this video so we can hear this beautiful song sung well.

  • Gosh--thank you! I am truly honored.

    Poor Rufus!!

  • haha,no i wont bloody allow it, now what ya gunna do?!

  • Very nicely done.

  • Thank you!

  • I love it.... It's Beautiful!

  • Excellent interpretation - Hope we've not heard the last of you - Dave uk

  • Thank you for this video. This wonderful song is unfortunately a rare find these days. Very good performance by the way, it's obvious that you had a great vocal teacher.

  • When I was very young, I heard this song for the first time on the tv show Mr. Broadway. I believe it was sung by Julie London. While I thought I remembered the title for the 40 or so ensuring years, I was not able to track it until the Internet and Google era. Sure enough, my memory did not play tricks on me and the song existed, although I still cannot find a version by Julie London. This performance was exquisite. Thank you.

  • I am deeply flattered! I had a great vocal teacher, Ann Ostrow (wife of Broadway producer, Stuart Ostrow) who gave the song to me a few years ago. And Elaine Stritch sings it in Elaine Stritch: At Liberty. It's an amazing song that I can often relate to, sadly. lol

  • Beautifully done- nice job!

  • Great performace man! ! loved the "the more you love a boy" part ;-)

  • Thank you! I figured Mr. Coward wouldn't mind at all. :)

  • For sure. Good old Noel would love it ;-)
