My friend just made a post on something she saw online about a potential cure for gluten intolerance and celiacs it seems to work for just about everyone with gluten issues. I don't know about its 'true' validity, however I'd say it's worth at least looking into. Leave your comments! She'd like to hear of your thoughts at

and there's even a YouTube video. Let us know what you think.
This is amazing, thank you for a great laugh. I am so blessed that I didnt like fruit cake before my diagnosis. I love this song and must share it. : )
I used to try to cut out "extra" gluteny foods before diagnosis (think pie crust or edges of sandwiches). Now I don't mind eating it and it tastes pretty good. GF pie crusts taste WAY better if you ask me. Or maybe there was just something in me that made my now "off limits" foods taste bad to me.
Gluten has been intentionally adulterated with melamine (highly toxic and not broken down by the body) for years. Evidence since at least 2004 exists and I am sure it's gone on longer.
Most wheat gluten used in U.S. manufactured products is IMPORTED. Much of it comes from CHINA!
When gluten is tested for quality they want to know the protein levels. They don't test for protein though, they test for nitrogen levels to determine protein levels.
Funny, but luckily there are alternative flours- that way it doesn't have to be "No pies, no cakes, no brownies to bake." As long as you find recipes that work with one another to make baked goods you can bake up a storm. ^_^
Funny as when I'm already looking forward to another gluten free christmas - and surprisingly GLUTEN FREE TASTES BETTER - it's just going out that's a hassle. PAV GF SPONGE RICH CHOCOLATE FRUITCAKE, Almond cake and bikkies - Gimmee, gimmee, gimmee... you can keep the cheap and nasty gluten
To everyone who have been asking for a downloadable mp3 of this song, we now have it and other Christmas goodies available on our website thehannies.com. Thanks everyone for your comments and have a happy and blessed holiday.
I've been GF for 6 years and I eat EVERYTHING shown in your video using GF flours and while the texture is a bit different it doesn't bother me. If your missing out on your holiday favorites its time to learn how to cook GF! Needing to be GF doesn't mean missing out on good food:)
Its taken me a few years to get decent at cooking with rice flour and those sorts, its really hard to have Celiac disease, but you can still have the pies and brownies etc, as long as you can cook with the other flour. However, this song is a little pick-me-up, thanks!
I've been gluten intolerant since I was almost one year old and I've never seen christmas as a problem. Maybe because I don't eat so many cookies and stuff, it's mostly ginger bread for me. Don't you have gluten free flour in the US?
I am glad this brought some cheer..we wrote this song after being inspired by a friend who has this condition. Again as with all our songs our purpose is to make you smile. Have a Merry Christmas one and all.

Melamine is higher in nitrogen than protein.

My Dad is a Gluten free Italian. Imagine the pain, no pizza! no pasta! no ciabatta! He loved the song by the way.

It's a condition, some people can't eat any foods containing gluten, they can't digest it and get sick.
