Have the film to watch this weekend, the trailer looks interesting to me personally...and I think there should be some leeway when viewing an independent film that is very apparently done on a small budget. I'd like to see some of the critics here go out and make a film, hell a short clip that looks better. Not as easy as one might think.

That said, I'll post my thoughts of the full film next week after viewing.

I thought the movie was a bit slow. I also reminded me of 70's/80's low budget horror, which is not bad. I liked REC, FIDO and Black Sheep much more that this. But I will give it credit for breaking some new ground by not spending 1 billion dollars to produce a watchable movie. Not everything needs to have a huge budget to be good. Watchable but a little off the mark and a little slow. Not saying I could have done better but I expected more for the cover and description.

Just got this movie as a xmas gift, and having just finished watching it, i fail to see why its getting such a bad rap below. For a budget movie, it has an interesting plot and good pacing. The only way i can describe the feeling it left me with was 'independant cinema meets late 70s/early 80s BBC tv drama' Two thumbs up from me for a fresh alternative to the now incresing number of stereotypical zombie movies hitting our screens. Recommended. :)
