The main problem with this game is that people were expecting another GTA, not an arcade styled short action game... Its extremely fun and has solid replay value if youre trying to break your records and high scores, though it may get a bit repetitive at times.

This game was bad, even for the time. Keep in mind GTA had been out for like two years (and I think GTA:VC may have been out at the same time). Just look at all the people running back and forth - they were trying to create a cool atmosphere of panic and disarray, and kudos to them for that, but when the actual gameplay is this bad you really don't give a shit about the atmosphere.
