amazing shoes, beautiful dresses, but damn it, the bags, i mean, the design is awsome too but is monogram really necessary, why not leather?,so many plastic materials sold as leather or gold. if you get a Birkin or a kelly everybody ´ll know is an hermes, and the price justify the handmade structure and the first class material, different classes of leather of course. 4 me is a kind of vulgar pretention hangin on a plastic bag with the name or symbol of the brand all aroud. that should be "out"

I find it hard to believe that women actually want to look this ridiculous. Some of those clothes are wildly unflattering on the MODELS, I can't imagine what a "normal" woman would look like in them. And have you seen the price tags on Jacob's LV clothes? The man is committing robbery.

Fashion is not for the underprivileged, if you don't know that you don't have a fucking clue. Fashion has never been "normal", "normal" people can not AFFORD or wear high fashion because it has a specific target audience. Also in regards to robbery then ART and anything else that someone has put a lot of effort and creativity and is now selling it is then "robbery".

I have to disagree when you say "Fashion is not for the underprivileged" There are aspects of fashion that are more inaccessible, but everyone is free to be inspired by it.

That's why I love Marc Jacob's highbrow-lowbrow sensibility. You can buy a $50,000 dollar Vuitton bag he designed and pair it with a 10 dollar charm necklace from his Marc by Marc Jacobs label and it would still work together.
