genesis 1 isn't even about the planet earth. It is about the earth as defined in the bible and it is defined later in the chapter as Gods chosen people. It is about the creation of Gods chosen people.

@HeavyDeath13 Though spontaneous generation was disproved over a hundred years ago, dinosaur bones are real. The name "dinosaur" was invented in the 1800;s I believe, but what these creatures used to be called for thousands of years was "Dragons". In the book of Job the two most magnificent of these creatures God called Behemoth (the largest land animal) and Leviathan (the greatest sea monster). These creatures were a display of Gods power and might in the ancient world.

Although this is not a big deal, the person who named dinosaur had relations to a master mason. Its a struggle between if its true or not

I wouldnt discredit it if it wasnt used in the evolution theory, but I still wouldnt be surprised if dinosaurs were infact real. Satan loves taking whats godly and tainting it.

He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together.

His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron.

He is the chief of the ways of God: he that made him can make his sword to approach unto him. Ok notice how his tail is described. It moves like a cedar.

But look at the tails of the large dinosaurs (Dragons) and you see they had tails like a cedar tree ! Death for man and all the birds, beasts and creepy things is the result of the sin of Adam (the first Adam). Death is the means by which God has put in place to restore man to his original relationship with Him. God kicked Adam and Eve from the garden of Eden that they would die by not being able to eat of the tree of life for man in his sinful state could live forever, we would never turn to God, that is our sad estate.

So because of man, the whole creation groans in travail, the earth was cursed with thorns and thistles, and the animals were vegetarian until AFTER the flood when God put the fear of man into the animals and changed some animals to be either omnivorous or carnivorous. One reason why I don't buy the theory that the earth was destroyed and then remade is that this world view would mean that there was death before Adam and Eve. The Bible teaches that death came about by the sin of Adam, not someone prior to him. As to the dinosaur issue, if this supposed previous world had been destroyed, all evidence of the dinosaurs would have been destroyed with it.

Look at all the legends of Dragons in the ancient civilizations of man. There is much evidence that it was man who killed off the dragons because they were a nuisance, just like many of the other creatures that are now extinct. Others probably died due to changes in their environment.

Roger what is your understanding of the translation of the word Elohim? Some researchers have theorized that the Elohim is not Yahweh/The Creator but were "gods" who served under The Creator. Genesis 1:26 "And Elohim said, 'Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness..'" So the theory goes that the Elohim were humanoid gods who work for Yahweh/The Creator and created man in their image. It's a fascinating hypothesis.

I believe elohim represents the family of god; not Yah himself. I believe when the bible states let us make man in our own image; its reffering to jesus and the angels. In the first earth age I believe satan lost his elohim status by rebelling and causing a third of the angels(us) to fall. I believe some of the angels from the fall, kept their spiritual bodies while those who wanted a second chance to be elohim took on human bodies(us). Did you not watch the video? The Bible wasn't written in English. I corrected the verses going back to the proper Hebrew. "tohu va bohu" is the original Hebrew that is the KEY to the second verse.

If there was no prior age explain Paul's words in: Eph. ch. 1 verse 4: "According as He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world..."

What is Paul referring to if there's nothing prior to creation in the flesh?

And then point to Paul's writing to justify it when actually Paul was talking about the justification of man being planned before we were even created.
