I'd expect that when it is released, we'll find there's very little choice for objects. Hopefully they'll spend lots of time with it, or release DLC with new things.

According to them the list is LUDICROUSLY large at this point. They pointed out that some of the nouns are so obscure they honestly don't think ANYONE will be able to find every single object in the game without an exhaustive list from Fifth Cell.
