  • @soslabass train your legs, do something like jumping over boxes rapidly, i dunno the proper term for it, but I guess your muscles arent used to explode and squeeze tight to deliver a high kick

  • how should i stretch to get my side kicks higher? because i can get my front, crescent, and ax kicks high, but i want high roundhouses.

  • @idkwtf234 Box splits,

    To get the high roundhouse, side and hook kicks you will need box splits, as opposed to the front splits that makes the kicks you described easier,
