The fans didn't demand Capcom to get MM9 back to 8-bit. Capcom knew that MegaMan's golden years was when he was in his 8-bit games. So Capcom experimented, and in 2008, 10 years after the 32-bit game MM8, they came out with MegaMan 9.

After the excellent reception MM9 got, Capcom did the same thing with MM10 in 2010.

don't go with the japanese guy beating the acheviments before you or anyone. form megaman to pokemon no i beat japanese players for a liveing, they stink by playing pokemon and in kirby terms i have(unoffically) beaten super star ultra and kirby's adventure without dieing without getting hit completing 100% and no copy abilties (unless they are needed)

@Gigas0101 Yes, there are Megaman 9 playthroughs without actual speech. PinkKittyRose has 2, one with no damage (It's possible) and one with damage. There is silent commentary, though.

It probably will be, but I hope it's Duo in a return appearance. If Bass is the 3rd playable character, that means we wont be able to see a rematch fight between him and Mega Man that we've been waiting for since Mega Man 8. Like Capcom completely threw out their rivalry. Bass could have been the boss of MM9's Special Stage, but then decided on fucking Fake Man instead.

The Marathon Fight Challenge is easiest done with Wily Stage Boss 2. The big rocket boss. You can use the Jewel Satellite on the first Phase and you can sit there for ten minutes straight.

Every game will probably be downloadable in about 10 years. The reason why it's not happening now is that most people either don't have a internet connection fast enough. Or they don't have an internet connection at all. Downloadable game services like Steam have shown that downloading large games is possible, but there simply aren't enough people who have subscribed to a fast internet connection for publishers to stop retail games and become exclusively downloadable.

I know where you can get 3. One is in Plug Man's stage after the disappearing blocks. The second is in Dr. Wily's castle. Use the jet to get across a pit of spike with a spike roof. The 3rd is an M tank. In the anti-grav bit, fire 2 shots then fire fast. You should grab the M tank without running into the spikes. Just make sure you are all the way across to the left.
