ur pk spots r pretty sick..iv hit up ul almost evry spot in this smaller town i live in..but i find as i get better, each time i find new things to do on the same obsticles that i didnt see the last time. btw awsum find (matts) i wish i had sum to practice flips...hey jesse ,i wanna attempt to learn the 'webster' but theres no gym rounf heer... would sand or grass b my best bet ? I'm sorry to say this ( because I love parkour) but i heard from a close friend, he works as a masseur that parkour destroy your knees so you can't move when your like 30 .(i'm not so old) Parkour puts so much pressure on the knees.

But just so you know it youre the best.

@MrMagge97 It is how you train. If you are not landing right or you do not work on strength training and conditioning, Yes you will destroy your knees, thats why its so important to take it slow and learn technique before hucking yourself off of high things.
