I've read the Whole Republic Commando series and when i found out that karen isn't completing the last book, i was like What The HELL!!?!?!?!! My dad and uncle (who i got them addicted too) were the same way. You can't just stop a story in the middle of it! I'm all for signing the Petition!

Ive only got Order 66 as i wanted to know more about what happened during those scenes when the Clones killed the Jedi . I havint properly read it cos everytime i start reading it i just feel bored and dont want to finish it off , as if it will take Years , which is stupid i know , but thats how it feels . Wouldint mind getting the 501st one thou , im quite of Fan of Rex's bunch .

Guys, no mater how many people you get to support your cause, LFL will never bow to the wishes of the fan base. You better face facts, the EU is going to get some serious ret con treatment, for many years to come, in light if the Clone Wars series and the soon to be created Live Action TV series. You may not like it, but change is inevitable and in the end, it's George's story to tell, the way he wants it told. A campaign such as this is admirable, but ultimately futile - it's a waste of time.

whats a waste of time is me reading ur comment, it may not happen but whats wrong with trying? yes change is all part of life, but when thousands of fans read the EU dont u think its fair 2 let us have an ending to her 5 books? the Live action TV series isnt here yet and her book would have been released in the middle of this year why not let her finish it, then worry about the canon. we want an ending!

it would be like reading the first LOTR book then not knowing what happened in book 2 & 3

Look, I already told you that what you're doing IS admirable, I applaud you and your noble cause, but asking Lucas to change canon BACK is never going to happen. These EU novels are C-Level canon. T-Level canon takes precedence over C-Level canon, anyway wasn't it Traviss' idea to pull out of SW?

They should scrap the entire EU and start all over again - it's a nightmare!

replying to your comment was not a waste, thank you for a great the debate, the reason Karen "pulled out" was because LFL was limiting her from continuing to write what she already had established, approved by LFL, granted G-canon over rides C-canon but then why not allow the the last book be completed and say its S-Canon that way George is hapy we are happy, i hope that you do sign the petition even if you dont think there would be any outcome, all i ask is for your support....
