  • Very nice!

  • @blueburb1972 Thanks :)

  • Would you be interested in selling me one of your ready to fly bind and fly gliders?

very interested! please let me know!

    Thanks: Darrell

  • @bluecamaross I just moved to a new state in a new house and going to start a new job soon. Give me a couple weeks to get setup and I might be able to work something out.

  • is it home made? it was hard to make?

  • @Mrcheseburger1 Yep, home made. Not too hard to build, hardest part was the kevlar nose, but thats mostly cause I had never done anything like that before. Everything else was pretty straight forward, tail, boom, wing and a good throw.

  • @microbuilder

Also would be intrested too :).

  • Do you have plans for this? I'd love to make it.

  • @00youknowit00 No actual plans, but some parts templates, drawings, pics and lots of info in the build thread...the link is in the More Info box.

  • nice little glider

  • NICE

  • splendid !

  • @atreewithnolife Thanks!

  • what did u use for the tip

  • @jeremyriley39 You mean the throwing peg/blade? I've used a small scrap of 1x3mm carbon fiber strip just as a little nub in the wing tip to get some grip, otherwise I dont use anything at all.

  • okay thanks does it thermal well

  • @Gehaddk I managed to catch only one thermal with it, but when it caught, it went up like a rocket!

  • thats very nice to build something like that, i want one like that can u build one 4 me

  • @Gehaddk Thanks! I just moved into a new place so I'm not doing a lot of building right now.

  • Feaking cool! what did you use for controls on the glider? Acutors or servors?

  • @th3dud3007 Thanks, I used the E-Flite mCX helicopter RX brick for the glider, the servos seem to handle the loads just fine.

  • Very nice ! L'aile est jolie, les temps de vols sont respectables, et il a l'air costaud !

C'est un Aileron/ Profondeur (pas de dérive)? Envergure / Masse ? Aile pleine ou nervurée ? On veut en savoir plus ! :-)

    Denis.

  • @LTL974 Thanks! Its solid balsa sanded into shape, I added a link to the build thread at RCGroups in the Info bar with all the info.

  • wow that is so cool where did you buy that

  • Thank you! I didnt buy it, though I wish I could have, it would've saved me a lot of time building it ;)

  • Awesome Glider!

  • Thanks!

  • do you make these with plans or do you just free draw them?

  • Depends on the plane, but for the gliders I use plans I find online and resize them to what I need.

  • why not put camera on stand and loosen it up so you can just swivel it in stead of holading camra, remote, plane, and launcher.

  • The camera is one of those little keychain cameras from ebay, I simply tape it to the bill of a hat for hands free recording...I'd have to be Vishnu to juggle all that at once!

  • very nice, i like it !

    Fliegerbieger

  • Thanks!

  • Thanks guys, this one has worked out quite well! James, no extension, I just pinch the wing tip and whip it side arm. I would like to try adding a launch hook and rubber band/catapult launch it, it would save on the sore shoulder.

  • Super great work! I really like this one. Are you just hand launching or do you have an extension of some sort?

    ~ James

  • Seems to be a very nice and good flying little plane.
