I appreciate the feedback, however, we have the chains set up so that the larger chain...3/4 inch Unloads completely at the bottom of the movement. If we raise the "Helper Chain", then the 3/4 inch does not completely unload. We understand a certain % is still on the ground during the entire ROM. That % is sometimes left on the ground inorder to ensure a safer & more stable rep, reducing the swing of the chain.
You need to shorten the small chains that hold the big chains. 30%-40% of it was still on the ground when he was up at full standing height.

Gotcha. Well, it just seems to me that 500 + 104 lbs isn't accurate. The "104" portion might be more like 70? I dunno... just wondering.
