Select "Configs." Choose the skin that you want to appear. If you don't see your new skin listed, click on the Rainmeter "Refresh" option. The skin allows you to add the "CPU bar," which shows system information about your computer, such as memory, IP address and other hard drive information. You can also add a clock, news, system and weather.
Unzip the downloaded Rainmeter skin by right-clicking on the file and selecting the "Extract" option. After the extraction is complete, copy the folder to the Rainmeter "Skins" folder that is located in your program files.
Right-click on the Rainmeter "teardrop" that is located in your system tray.
Visit a website that allows you to download Rainmeter skins, such as Customize(.)org or SkinBase.org (see Resources). Some sites may require you to create a new user account in order to utilize their skins.
Browse through the available skins and choose one that suits your taste.
Click on the "Download" link for the Rainmeter skin you have chosen.

start rainmeter thn right click on any of the rainmeter gadget thn click rainmeter menu there u will find config option
