i'm from toronto canada and have seen the f22 raptor and f14s at the annual airshow...but while i was in italy for a week, while walking on one of the ancient waterducts crossing a valley, a typhoon flew very low over us and very fast....the biggest difference i noticed was the sound of it.. It was a lot more high picthed and from a distance i thought it was a high speed train. But it was one of these...absolutly stunning to see fly that low, and a totally different sound than the american jets
