The comilios from re4, never really scared me, but when the jump out at you in the hedge mase really built up anxiety. Also, I know what you mean bout IM and reg. breathing. I don't find it creepy cuz it sounds like they have a sinus infection... poor bastards XD

that's just the movie, which sucked in comparison to the game although that scene was pretty hardcore. Pyramid head should have been 1, the guy barely fights James yet the knowledge that you may encounter the guy at any moment freaks you out.

Pyramid Head should have been #1. By far hes more "scarier" then a guy with a bag over his head and a chainsaw. as far as running into either the Silent Hill's Pyramid Head or Resident Evil's chainsaw guy, obvious the choise you wouldnt pick is the chainsaw. But just to look at and have looking for you in a dark room i think the dragging of the giant knife and pyramid head thing wood be alot scarier then a chainsaw masked guy.

It´s when your on the brink and even tough you tought you had him he gets his chainsaw trough your neck, It´s like standing infront of a bunch of zombies without ammo, gives a nice feeling of "panic", his constant screaming while swinging doesn´t ease the pressure either.
