Yeah, If you are going to do cheats, you might wanna be at the end of the game before anything so that the bosses will appear, because they aren't appearing only because you used the cheats and the power it is supposed to give, if you dont have that cheat or never applied it then it will appear, so do the cheats after you kill em'... Thats the only way to get them to appear, have fun with the cheats.... :D

i can answer your "WTF" question: The reason why the bosses dont appear is: U already had the ability that boss contains. Example: U're gonna fight the Morph Ball boss, but u already had the morph ball ability, so the boss wont show up and u're gonna fight shit. To fight the bosses and proceed with the mission, i suggest removing ALL of the abilities before fighting them. Just use infinite health, missiles and power bombs cheats only (note that they can ONLY be used after u download them)

the reason no bosses appear is because after you defeat a boss or have their power up, they no longer appear because a weapon check identifies you already have the item of the boss and so doesn't allow the boss to respawn.

you can use de-activation codes to make the bosses appear, however the gaint purple condom seems to be invincible on mine no matter what i do, if the cheats were ever on, he cant be hit.

man if u wanna fight boss u've gotta remove the boss's ability first. For example: In order for the game's first boss, Arachnus shows up, u must remove the Morph Ball ability to fight him...thats the answer for your "WTF"...(This was my problem when i cheated this game :D)

Nice job with the cheat, but a further tip: With VBA, there's an option to record the stuff as an avi, and then you can use Windows Movie Maker to convert it to a WMV file, which is small, and upload it here. It's MUCH better than Hyper Cam, and it captures everything being shown.
