Dang, I only found out tonight that there was such a movie. I never knew Heidi had a continuing story. Now I gotta check it out!!!

Actually, Heidi does have a continuing story in two sequals that are written and different from this movie. Check them out at your local library. By Charles Tritten.

I had this thing for Charlie when I was younger and have watched this movie must be 400 times. Yet, since then the movie got accidently destroyed and I can't find it anywhere.

Get it from the library or something if you don't want to buy it. I had to tape this with my video camera from the TV (I have it on VHS), which is an aweful way of doing things and completely subpar and an embarassment to the movie.

I think she's supposed to be 14, 15 or 16 or so, and he's 18.

So, in reality though she was 15 and he was 25. But in the movie I think they're supposed to be 15/16 and 18.

Yes. I liked it much better than any of the Heidi movies. It doesn't seem to be very well known though.
