1. Ani Miao Rong is one of the personal translator for HH 17th Karmapa. 2. The translation is right in the comments. 3. Ani MiaoRong and the LifeTV who recorded this are Taiwanese. 4.There are 100x more followers of Tibetan Buddhism in Taiwan/HK/Malasia/Mainland China than in the West. 5. Hwayue is a Karma Kagyu org in Taiwan with very little English speakers. I'm sure they'd be glad to put it in English if they have the help.

The HH 17th Karmapa has exclusively put great effort and support on the Revival of Bhikuni ordination inside the Tibetan Buddhist Tradition. My view is that Bhikkunis, either those who follow the Tradition of Chinese Buddhism or that of Tibetan, should all be able to follow the teachings of the HH 17th Karmapa.

I hope we will have good courage, standing up and making contributions to the teachings of Buddha Dharma and the spreading of Buddhism, and dedicate our entire life to this work. Chinese Bhikunis should carry up the responsibility of helping out women in Tibet, because they are facing more obstacles and pressure from the Tibetan Tradition and Social Custom during their life of Buddhist Practice.

Those women are less likely to go out teaching Buddha Dharma to the public and carry on necessary social responsibilities. That is why Karmapa has strongly addressed that the Chinese Bhikkunis should take the lead and help the Tibetan Bhikkunis to cultivate their own aspiration and confidence of revival the entire system of Bhikuni ordination and discipline.

Although it usually quite tiring and uncomfortable to sit under the burning sunshine for a full day as Master Hai Tao experienced earlier, but when there is a great amount of Chinese Bhikkunis participating in the Puja, it gives a strong presents of Bhikkunis among the Tibetan Buddhist Community.
